i’ve noticed that skinny people eat very slowly. i guess that’s probably the reason why they don’t get fat easily even when they eat poorly. i’m not trying to say that it’s ok to eat junk, but this is one very useful lesson that i’ve learnt from them - savour...

food i resisted today:
peanut butter waffle ( approx 400kcal , 30g fats, 40g carb)
pearl milk tea ( approx 300kcal, 30g sugar )
chocolate croissant ( approx 300kcal, 15g sugar, 25g carb )
tapioca cake ( approx 200kcal, 10g fat 10g sugar, 20g carb )
chocolate peanut butter protein shake
1 scoop of vanilla whey protein powder
2 tbsp of hersheys cocoa powder
1 tbsp of chunky peanut butter
500ml iced water
1/2 cup of ice cubes
optional: 1/2 frozen banana
Put all of them in the blender and there you have it !
This is my current favourite. The chunky peanut butter is the key ingredient. I don’t really like the taste of vanilla whey so I had to use more cocoa...
