Deadlifts are one of the best compound exercises in existence. Talk about a core workout! Compound exercises utilize multiple muscle groups which makes them not only great muscle-builders, but great fat burning exercises as well!!
For those of you who were asking - this is what a deadlift looks like. I tend to take a little breather in between each one though.
