Nutrition is NOT black and white. There is no right or wrong way. One of the most significant blocks to change is thinking black and white. The world is gray and so is fat loss and nutrition. This is why looking for definitive food lists, exact recipes and in depth meal plans are not going to serve you long term. This is equivalent to being given a fish versus learning to fish except in this case, you are given someone else favorite type of fish, versus learning to find catch and discover your own favorite fish. You might think meals plans and food lists and recipes are a short cut, but in the end you still must find what works for you. You have a choice, jump around from diet to diet and meal plan to meal plan, or learn to design one for yourself. Stop playing the weight loss game. Metabolic Effect
